Barbara was a former docent at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Center, a member of numerous flower arranging organizations, and an instructor at Carnegie Mellon University Academy for Lifelong Learning. BURGE JAMES JIM KENNETH Age 92, of Clairton, passed away at home on Saturday, April 7, 2018. He was born January 8, 1926, in Clairton, to the late James and Elizabeth Long Burge. Jim was a loving husband, for 67 years, to his late wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Demis Burge, who passed away in 2015. He is survived by sons, James (Jane) M. Burge, Paul A. Burge, both of Clairton; daughter, Barbara (Mark) A. Murray of Clairton; grandchildren, Mary (Jeff) Trott, Anne (Jerome Ramsey) Burge, Christianna Murray; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Jakob, Noah, Ian, and Sofie. Along with his parents and spouse, Jim was preceded in death by brothers, Adrian "Dutch", Robert, William; sisters, Esther MacNicol and Edna Lees. Born September 11, 1954, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Harry L. and Katherine (Rodehaver) Griffith. The owner/operator of Griffith Auto Sales and Neighborhood Dollar Store, both in McKeesport, Carl also worked as the head body man at John Naretto Buick and White Oak and Bowser Pontiac and also as an insurance adjuster. He also was active in his community, sponsoring local youth baseball and softball teams and donating a hundred smoke detectors to needy McKeesport families through the McKeesport Fire Department. Carl is survived by his daughter, Chastity (Ed) Gavalek of West Mifflin; his grandchild, Dakota Hobby; his step-grandchildren, Michael and Conrad Gavalek; his brother and best friend, Harry R. Among Larry's other accomplishments was a private pilot and his beloved daughters and grandchildren. Daniel was owner and operator of Ikach Trucking, for 51 years. He was a member of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, of McKeesport-Duquesne and the (SNF) Serbian National Federation. He enjoyed boating, water skiing and snow skiing in his early years. Daniel taught many friends how to water ski throughout the years. He enjoyed dancing and was always a true gentleman. He loved his family dearly and the time they spent together. Daniel cherished the trips he and his wife took together and in 2011, he and Dorothy fulfilled his dream of traveling the Panama Canal. In addition to his wife, Daniel is survived by his children, Bruce A. He loved the outdoors and was an excellent trapper and trout fisherman. He traveled across the United States trapping and fishing and made many dear friends along the way. SEIAVITCH LLOYD KARL On Saturday morning, April 7, 2018, Lloyd Karl Seiavitch, age 67, of Squirrel Hill, passed away unexpectedly. Lloyd was born April 13, 1950, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and remained a lifelong resident of Squirrel Hill. Lloyd's death was due to natural causes. Joan E. Joni Lampl-Seiavitch, his loving wife of 27 years, was at his side. Lloyd's greatest joy was his companionship with Joni and their mutual love of travel. Lloyd's life included the company of a close-knit group of friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. Lloyd was the son of the late Ann (Schwartz) and Robert Seiavitch and brother of the late Myron Savage and the late Stuart E. Savage. Lloyd was a home improvement contractor and operating as Consolidated Window and Remodeling, Inc. He was well-known for his sarcastic humor and sense of irony. He made everyone feel welcome in his presence. Lloyd was close to his adopted Lampl family consisting of his father-in-law, Richard Dick Lampl (Elaine), and in-laws: Robert O. Tommie was born February 15, 1921, in San Donato, Italy the daughter of Antonio and Elena Rose Artuso. At age 6, she traveled from Italy to the United States by boat where she and her family took permanent residence, settling in McKees Rocks, PA. She spent her entire life in The Rocks where she raised her own family and worked as a hairdresser from the front of her home that was converted into a beauty parlor for seven decades. Tommie was a devoted mother, admiring wife, and a loyal friend to all who knew her. She loved music, dancing, socializing with friends and spending time with her family. Tommie was preceded in death by her husband, Gabriel Cosentino and her son, Anthony W. Cosentino. She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Cosentino; sister, Elvera Zitelli; grandson, Anthony G. Cosentino and daughter- in-law, Elizabeth Cosentino. MUNIZZA FIORINA FLO TORCHIA Age 82, on April 8, 2018, of Sewickley, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh PA. She was the wife of the late Raffaele Munizza; mother of John Munizza and Dominic Munizza, Sewickley; grandmother of Michael Munizza, Jimmy Munizza and Andrew Munizza, all of Sewickley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio Torchia and Rosina Scalercio Torchia; brothers, Pepino Torchia, Albert Torchia and Smeraldo "Smitty" Torchia; brothers-in-law, Dominic, Jerry and Tom Munizza, and Bruno Sirianni. Survived by her sisters, Angelina Sirianni of Italy, Grace Munizza (Fiore), Lida Munizza, and Belinda Smith; daughter-in-law, Diane Munizza; sisters-in-law, Gina Torchia, Coleen Torchia, and Saveria Torchia; brother-in law, Tony Munizza; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Born In Gizzeria, Italy, on September 2, 1935, she settled in Sewickley, PA in 1953 with her husband, where she raised her family. For over 50 years, she was a fixture in the Sewickley business community as a hair stylist for countless people at Quinio's Salon, the Patio, Beaver Place, and Villager II. An avid gardener, Flo was known for her cooking, where she entertained many relatives and friends every Sunday afternoon at her home for "pasta" dinner. Member of St. James Catholic parish, she was a devout Christian. Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, from 2 to 4 p.m., and 6 to 9 p.m. at COPELAND FUNERAL HOME, 702 Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA 15143, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, with Father Thomas J.
