MIHELCIC JOHN On Wednesday, April 2, 2014, age 89, of Pittsburgh. John was born in Pittsburgh, on July 29,1924, and was raised in Millvale, PA, son of the late Joseph and Theresa (Spelic) Mihelcic. He was brother to a number of siblings, all deceased. Beloved husband of Eleanor (Happe) Mihelcic; father of Sandra Mihelcic Mueller, Richard Mihelcic and the late Linda Jean Mihelcic; proud grandfather of David Mueller, Mark, Linda Mihelcic and the late Matthew Mihelcic; also, proud great-grandfather to Mark's son, Solomon. John was a proud Army veteran of WWII. He worked for a number of years in the steel industry and retired in his 70s after working for many years as head of facilities maintenance for the Investment Building in downtown Pittsburgh.
