TESTA SHIRLEY MAE Shirley Brink Testa, 90, returned to the Lord Jan. 31, 2014. Shirley was born in Pittsburgh and grew up there and in Johnstown, PA. After high school, she went to New York where she began a career as a professional singer, skater, and model. While touring the country, she married fellow performer, Louis Testa. They moved to Pittsburgh to raise their family. While there, they continued to perform and developed and operated the Alpine Recreation Club. Later, they moved to Rhode Island and eventually settled in Pompano Beach, FL in 1979. Louis predeceased her in 1995 after 44 years of marriage. Shirley lived a very special and spiritual life, sharing the joy of love with everyone along the way. She will be missed dearly by her loving family: sons, Joseph and Anthony; daughter-in-law, Lisa; grandchildren, Lia, Joseph (Tony), Marisa, Mario, and Cote; sister, Arlene; brother, Paul; and many nieces and nephews.
