STACK TRACY LYNN On January 27, 2014, Tracy Lynn, age 47, of Castle Shannon. Beloved daughter of Emma Jean Robinson of Charleroi and William S. (Valerie) Stack of Donora; stepdaughter of William M. Ritsig; she was the loving and devoted life partner and soulmate of 13 years to Sue Gibson; sister of Susan M. Bolin of Charleroi; also survived by two loving nieces, Rachael and Caileigh Bolin. After graduating from Ringold High School in 1984, Tracy enlisted in the U.S. Army, where she was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division as an intelligence analyst. Upon completion of her service duty, she graduated from California University with a degree in political science. For the last 25 years, she was employed by the State of Pennsylvania as an environmental planner. Tracy loved going to the beach and enjoyed fun in the sun. She was a vivacious lover of life and she shared that gift with everyone she met. Tracy was the life of every party! There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday at the Speers United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please perform a random act of kindness or make a donation in Tracy's memory towards a memorial park bench in her honor to Tracy L.
