McINTYRE WILLIAM T., Sr. BILL William Bill, age 83, of Penn Hills, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann (Jozefkowicz) McIntyre; devoted father of Linda (Greg) Beck, Bill McIntyre, Jr., Dan (Debbie) McIntyre, and Maura (Jim) Oravik; brother of the late Margaret Gilbert and Betty Jean Byers; grandfather of Bill (Vicky) McIntyre III. Bill was a member of St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church, Penn Hills, a proud Korean War Veteran serving with the Marines. He was a mail carrier with the Verona Post Office for 30 years, and was a member of Verona Eagles. During his life he was very patriotic, having a high respect for our country's flag, and enjoyed a good John Wayne movie, the beach, a cold beer, and a good game of horse shoes. He will be remembered as a hard working man, kind and loving to his family and friends.
