SNYDER EDWIN J. Age 88, of Monroeville, passed away on April 20, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine L. (Miller) Snyder; loving father of Edwin J. (Jolene) Snyder, Jr., Arlene (Rev. Marvin) Barney, James (Debbie) Snyder, Susan (Thomas) Walters, Daniel (Lisa) Snyder and the late Joseph Snyder; also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren. Preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters. Ed was a WWII Army veteran who worked for Associated Transport Trucking and Helms Trucking for over 30 years. Friends will be received Sunday 1-5 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE / PLUM CHAPEL), corner of (445) Beatty Rd. and 48 North, Monroeville, (412-856-4747), where a blessing service will be Monday 10 a.m. Interment with full military honors will follow in Plum Creek Cemetery.
