SOTLER RUTH E. (MOWRY) Age 94, of Pleasant Hills, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Sotler; sister of Mary Ann (Cletus) Snyder of Winston-Salem, NC and the late William, Robert, and Frank Wesley, Jr.; daughter of the late Frank and Eda Mowry; also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends, especially Eleanor Olsen and Debbie Taylor. Mrs. Sotler served in the US Army in WWII, and owned Williams Bros. Lumber Company with her husband, Art.
