
WISKEMAN CLAIR WILLIAM "BILL" Age 88, of Franklin Park Borough, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2013, while under the care of the UPMC - Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township. Born July 31, 1925 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late William C. and Edith (Soergel) Wiskeman. He was the husband for 62 years of the late Martha Jane Fisher, who passed away on February, 12, 2009. Bill was an original resident of Franklin Park Borough and lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He also belonged to 716 Masonic Lodge of North Hills and VFW West View, American Legion. Through the years, Bill was employed with several companies. He was a top salesman for 35 years at the Hahn Furniture Store and parked cars at the Soergel's Orchards for 25 years. As a North Allegheny School bus driver for 20 years and being a real Santa Claus for 65 years, he enjoyed being with children and adults. Later, he was in the landscaping business because of his love of the outdoors. Bill and his late wife, Martha loved to travel and visited many states and countries. He enjoyed taking care of his home and property but his wife and family were the joy of his life. He is survived by his son, David Wiskeman, of City of Butler; granddaughter, Sara Lynn Hunter, of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Jane Fisher; his daughter, Cheryl June Hunter; granddaughter, Rachel Ann Hunter; and great-granddaughter, Page. Clair's family will welcome friends Monday, September 16, 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 2:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the KING FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 2841 Woodland Circle in Allison Park, PA. A Funeral Service will held be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18, at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 2500 Brandts School Road, Wexford, PA with Pastor Fred Schenker officiating. PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. He will be laid to rest at the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Wexford.
